Fantastic experience throughout the time spent here. Called in over the phone, spoke to Cody, gave him a run down of my situation and he said come on by. As soon as I was able to, I stopped in and it was immediately like I was surrounded by a group of friends. Business occured as normal but the environment was friendly and welcoming. I felt that Cody understood the assignment and then some. We got something squared away and I drove home that day in a new to me vehicle. Bought a used car when we were there temporarily for one year due to military training. The car had a known oil leak (to the dealership) that they did not disclose to us. Tried to have them make it right by us paying for parts and them doing the labor at no charge, and they were unwilling. Ended up selling the car to a mechanic when we left as we did not want that cost passed onto another buyer.

Big shout out to Cody first time here at Tillary Chevrolet GMC. I was really impressed by his professionalism. I am new to town but as soon as I get my employment, I will definitely be seeing him for a brand new Chevrolet Trax! We are very pleased with our recent purchase of a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD SLT vehicle from Tillery Chevrolet GMC Moriarty through the GMC build and buy program. We live in Albuquerque and purchased from Tillery based upon a family member's recommendation. The customer service we received at Tillery (Jason Sisneroz, Diego Rivera, Kevin Pohl, Javan Brown, Travis Tillery, Glen Tillery) has been outstanding! This is the smoothest vehicle purchase we've ever experienced. Based upon our positive experience, we will not hesitate to go with Tillery on future Chevrolet GMC service and purchases.

We traveled over 3 hours to trade in our truck and purchase a new vehicle BECAUSE of the customer service here. We could have purchased the new vehicle at any of our local Chevrolet dealerships, but Ariana's customer service was outstanding. Our local dealerships didn't call us call us back or reply to questions we had. When they finally did contact us, they were very pushy. If we were going to spend our hard-earned money - we wanted to go where it is appreciated and we found that dealing with the people at Tillery. We highly recommend them!
